  1. Look man, I know Nimmo is probably not going to be a .300 hitter with a .900 OPS by the end of the season.

However, there is no stat to quantify just how much of an impact it *feels* like Nimmo has made on this team outside of his slashline. Seeing all the clips throughout the game tonight of him cheering on his teammates is just so wholesome to me. Evan Carter has spoken highly of him, Nimmo was shouting out Jung for his ABs early in the season when he was off to a bad start, Skip said he’s never seen anyone game plan like Nimmo, etc etc.

Idk what all drama went on in New York with him, but he is more than welcome to be the team captain for this team.

  2. The camera person was trying so hard to put every M’s fly ball into the stands.

  3. Complete game by everyone. Jung and burger stay hot. Corey was Corey. Joc got a nice hit. Cutch with a clutch rbi. Situational hitting. 2 out hitting. Rangers edged me enough, gonna go finish now.

  4. I did not have us going 4-0 against the mariners to start our season.

It could be enormous to how the division plays out after 162 given how much they’ve owned us in recent times.

  5. Josh Jung this month: 18- 45 for a .400 batting average, OPS of .978, and has seven doubles in the last six games.

Burger in his last six games: 8 of 19 with 4 homers and 10 RBI

There’s other reasons for the team’s recent success too, but both of these dudes deserve their roses for what they’ve been doing.

  6. Josh Jung OPS in 2026: .795

Josh Jung OPS in April 2026: 1.082

Keep hitting those doubles Jung, homers will come when they come. Love to see him hitting again!

    Edited to update April.

  7. Leading the AL West and have best run differential in the AL? Please don’t wake me up

  8. Just a few weeks ago I was worried last year wasn’t a fluke and we’d be seeing the last of Jung.

My little tech heart is so happy to see this insane turnaround since then.

  9. Where is the Josh Jung love at? Shoutout to the bullpen!!! 5 innings and no runs.
