  1. Even with a trade down from 6, which just feels so inevitable right now, I still see WR/OT in the first, unless a real solid talent falls (Arvell, Sonny, Bailey, but I also assume they’re who someone would be trading up for anyway?)

The thing is though, once you do trade down from 6, no goddamn clue who is in play or even on the board for those two positions if they take a big dip down the board. With the hype on certain guys I almost feel like we’re going to backdoor to Fano at 24 or something.

  2. I mean, one DEFINITELY impacts the other. You’re not getting anything deep downfield if BOTH tackles are getting beat instantly one out of every six dropbacks. That includes all sorts of cheap nothing plays. You NEED 15 yards, they know it.

  3. I wouldn’t hate two linemen in the first round if they don’t love the WR at pick 24.

  4. Where did QB’s rank for time before throwing the ball? There’s more to this than oline play

  5. Hard to evaluate the QB room with this kind of support. The people who want to draft another QB to ruin dont know football. Should not be taken seriously.

  6. High round WR talent will generate more points than high round OT picks. We need to score, doesn’t matter how good the line is if we can’t score.

Look at historically how good teams add OL pieces. The Rams acquired Whitworth as a piece to complete a champion run, this is how good teams add OL.

How many WR1’s can you name off playoff teams? Can you do the same for their OT’s?
