myself I’m prepared for an abrupt ending to a great second half, and that this season was a success no matter what the next week and a half holds, but man, despite being an Atlanta sports fan I always have this stupid glimmer of hope that will never die. The two big X factors for us IMO:
– Our guys just like each other more than the Knicks do. What happens if we punch them in the mouth in Game 1 or are frustrating them a lot defensively? Are they going to come together as a group like we do? Or are they going to fracture?
– Jock Landale. We just need to get to 6 and I can totally see Jock coming out like gang busters in Game 6 just like he did after he drove from Memphis to ATL for his first game. If Jock comes back, game 6 is going to be the jock game and he’ll push this to 7.
Should be a crazy series!

Ironically, Gabe Vincent plays a huge factor in this series. If he can play good defense on Brunson for limited minutes and score 6-8 a game, helps us a ton.
I’m not “nervous” but man the Knicks are big. We’ll see how we respond under the brightest lights at the garden
