  1. Absolutely LOVE this. Will Anderson alone makes them mid of he’s not there. He brings that much impact and value.

You won’t be able to find nor get the same production from any other position in the draft or any other upcoming possible FA.

For this offence to get better giys have to stay healthy, draft OL and make moves to get a solid OL.
Get the OC hire right is the biggest issue though.

  2. Assuming CJ gets back to playing above average QB. The Texans don’t need that much work on offense. They just need to make sure their O line is rebuilt. They have good weapons:Collins, Dell, Schultz Jayden Higgins, Xavier Hutchinson, Jalyn Noel. Marks with Montgomery is a good back field. With that defense they can definitely win a lot of games.

  3. So when is stroud going to get his deserved blame? Great quarterback are supposed to cover up the holes in the roster with their play, the Texans literally only have 1 hole, and he can’t even do a decent job of covering it up. Great QBs don’t make a bad play worse, stroud does. At times he’s wildly inaccurate also. The Texans have weapons, and a generational defense, only thing they don’t got is an oline; tough, figure it out not make it worse with your play. The excuses with you have to stop Julian, seriously there’s no way you can keep explaining away CJ’s piece of the blame pie.

  4. Julian, found your point of great coaches doing more with less vs. the need to pay your best players an interesting one. Nice work, keep it up👍 thanks for the content and forum🎉

  5. Julian the problem that you have with the Texans is you’re looking at the Texans like you would with the bills. If the bills were paying guys on the defense meanwhile Josh Allen being a mvp candidate can’t win the big games because the offense is subpar then yes reduce the defense but the Texans are only good because of the defense a big reason why the Texans offense looked good last year was because the defense kept stopping the opposing offenses in good field position turnovers on downs and turnovers in general and even sometimes scoring. Stroud and this offenses is bottom of the league offense from the qb to the weapons to the line and coaching staff you can’t just sell some of the defense and add to the offense and assume it’s going to better. You can do that with a josh Allen because you know he’s a mvp caliber player you put so much money into the offense and sell on the defense this team can lose what makes them actual contenders for the Super Bowl and just have them mediocre.

  6. When McDuffie got paid 30 million I commented that the PS2 contract was absolutely great value. Now Anderson gets 50 million. Making the Nik Bonito contract even better value! Love Will Anderson and he's the better player but give me Bonito at 27 million over Anderson at 50. Denver has 32 more sacks than the next team over the last 2 years and their entire Edge rusher group costs less than Anderson alone. That's team building 101.

  7. We improved the o-line and rushing attack before the draft. This draft will solidify us and CJ bought to go off this year! Superbowl bound!

  8. So hear me out. Look at the amount of games the Texans won or lost by 1 score in the last two years. Do you think they do that without will and hunter? And are they winning because of their offense or despite their offense? We can’t pay Everyone on defense but do we have to (pay) anyone on offense?

  9. They overpay fr and this is coming from a Texan fan born in raised in Houston.
47 mil would’ve made him highest paid. . Save the rest for Free agency or resigning others.
    Dumb move

  10. 0:55 nick Wright says he has to stay there as far as protection ok
look at Myles Garrett he was drafted in 2017, meaning he's getting older and better!
those stats are just from the last 2 seasons.
    W. Anderson is the younger of the 2, meaning his best maybe yet to come!

  11. They have won a lot of games bkuz their defense, example
    in 2024 reg.season
they held Josh allen to 9 of 30, 30% with a 131 passing yards
Josh MVPity season may i add!

  12. 5:28 So he has to coach/work 2x as hard?
So explain WTH do this HC have to let an elite pass rusher go, just to prove he's still an Elite defensive coach?
This blk QB and HC double standards is insane and sad? nfl needs to end this

  13. 7:29 Figure out the offense? in a pervious video you said the OL was the problem to the Texans offense? and the injuries to the WR. So what's this REALLY ABOUT? stop with the Pretext like commentary.
something I see you have mastered

  14. I think ppl forget that the difference between will amd myles is that the texans defense is loaded with talent and the browns are not. Does that mean you shouldn't pay will? NO BUT A 150 MILLION??? I would like to see that number a little lower but hey we will see how it all plays out. If they can build the offense like they did that defense then we will see true progress.

  15. WAJ $150M is stretched over 5 years given the 5th year option. That’s around $30M a year. I see him getting consistently 12+ sacks a season. Everyone acts like a contract is set in stone & can’t be restructured. An absolute steal for the Texans. WAJ isn’t even in his prime yet.

  16. This sounds like HC, D. Ryan
    is Mike Tomlin 2.0.
Let the defensive HC focus on HIS defense, YOU can't expect him to create an elite offense.
That's a separate coaching staff that handles that.
Bill Belicheick, held a top 10 defense 17 of 20 seasons with Tom brady, while someone else handled the offensive philosophy and play calling.
Bill Belicheick is so Elite as a defensive mind , its been said he told Tom brady how he stop him during a team game film session.
but the double standard will always surround such individuals in this NFL apparently? SMH

  17. 8:31 The Seattle seahawks 2025 team total plays , pass vs run
    477 total pass attempts
    439 Rush attempts.
    consistent and balanced.
worked for Sam and the seahawks.
CJ is a far better QB talent than Sam. anything is possible?

  18. Elite players don't come with a sign over their heads. They are discovered. Travis Kelce hasn't a high draft pick or Elite coming out of college.
    He became great than Elite

  19. 14:32 The Chiefs has always built sb teams through the DRAFT
    CB's L.Sneed, Trent Mcduffie, Jaylen Watson, C.Ward
    FS, B. cooks
LB, Leo Chanel, to me is better than LB Nick Bolton.

  20. 14:46 Joe.B has always had elite WRs college and NFL.
more than any other QB currently playing.
to me thats the separation PM15 has over Joe.B.
Patrick has done more with less production

  21. 15:01 Wait so now yo philosophy switched, Joe.B and Cincinnati offensive payroll has nothing to do with the defensive struggles?
But CJ and the Texans Defense payroll could be the reason for the offensive struggles WOW
    DO BETTER

  22. I understand it doesn’t exactly work this way, but they got him locked up over the next 5 seasons at about $35 mil per year, on average.. And I think there’s a very good chance he could the best defensive player in the league over that stretch..

And if all that becomes true, it’s a steal..

  23. "You gotta get this offense going" – yet where is the path to getting the offense going for them? I'm sure they'd love to get their hands on Joe Burrow but there is no straightforward route staring anyone in the face so it makes sense to have a consistently great defence that can provide the offensive weapons they can find plenty of opportunity to be on the field & just keep shuffling the deck there until they do "get going"!

  24. Nobody understands this. Hunter will make 40 ish million in 2027, and is probably leaving after. Anderson won’t get his 50 million per year until 2028 and beyond. We’re not spending any of this money at the same time. Caserio knows what he’s doing
