3 trade-up and 3 trade-down scenarios for the Panthers in the 2026 NFL Draft

The only trade up I’d be comfortable with is 14 to the ravens if it means we keep our second. Trading up to 7 or 11 is just too much. We have a lot of targets we are after and 14-19 is a good spot to be if one falls.
Between the endless draft misses of the last five years (before last year), trading the rare draft hits away (mccaffrey, burns, dj Moore) for very little, and the crazy amount of draft capital the team gave up for Bryce…
Let’s just say I think we are in a better situation to trade down than up.
I don’t want to trade up unless some clear game change guy is there for us, but I’m onboard for trading back.
If Morgan trades up to 7 or 11, we are giving up a 2027 first round pick.
On the inverse, if he move back to 28, it would be for a lot more than what is here.
