  41. Mixed feelings about it. I won’t complain about getting #10 back in return. And who knows if he’s just diminished at this point (although I have a hunch he’ll rebound in Cincy).

    With that said, two top 10 picks are not a guarantee of anything (see: 2022) and the Giants just made it pretty clear that they have little chance of being competitive on defense this upcoming season. The run defense was already awful with Dex. It’s going to unquestionably be even worse without him. This is a two year process, not one. I wouldn’t be surprised if the defense is bottom 3 in the entire NFL this upcoming season.

    If the Bengals threw in another 3rd or 4th round pick, I would be feeling a lot better about it, but I think that probably only happens if the first round pick is in the 20s anyway.

    Just hope that Harbaugh’s guidance will pick the right players. The team is getting remade very much in his image.
