  1. You mean he doesn’t once throw the ball into the ground on 4th and 5 on the opponents 19 yard line while down two scores? What is this shit!?

  2. Football hasnt felt this fun to watch in a while. The complexity of that offense and the way Gru and Rich had it mastered was like watching a symphony orchestra. Every player on the field was a weapon, and they all did big damage, especially that big nasty o-line. The way they systematically dismantled the league’s elite Ds week to week was such a joy to watch.

  3. What a great season that was. All these years later and they still haven’t been as good since 😔…. Hopefully things are gonna change real quick though.

  4. He should’ve had like 26 in a row. I remember that game the incompletion that broke the streak was incorrectly ruled out of bounds but they didn’t challenge it.

  5. Its forgotten about now, but the pass that ended the streak was an out to Rice, which WAS COMPLETE, but the raiders were in command of that game and didnt challange it, but it was clearly inbounds, or else gannon wouldve shattered the record with 30, because he had 8 more after that.

  6. Gruden left a solid squad. Gannon had weapons, an o-line, and they were playing no mistake football. From 2001s playoff run they knew they were so close and ran it back
