  1. Bengals fan here: the way this poor excuse for a front office uses draft picks, this is actually the best move they could have done.

It's a crapshoot on what you get with a high draft pick. You don't know if you're going to get a Bruce Smith or a Vernon Gholston. The Bengals can't afford to take such a gamble if they want to get Joe Burrow a ring before he either retires or is forced out of the league due to injury. As good as the offense is, it's common knowledge our defense the last couple seasons couldn't stop a high school team if they tried their hardest. Making this move goes a long way toward rectifying that in my opinion.

  2. Best trade in bengals history. They overpaid in value but they finally made a risky move not for the future but to win now . I understand why we did it, but im just proud we had some guts for once

  3. Why can’t Dallas make a move like that? Jerry does not like to take risks. It could have been the rare diamond for the team.
So u give up a draft pick within the division – so what.

  4. I was very happy to see the bengals got Dexter Lawrence, I was not happy to see they gave up a top 10 pick for him. He’s better than seeing then draft another Shamar Stewart but I would rather have Caleb Downs or Mansoor Delane at 10

  5. Just wanna be the first on record to say its the defenses fault that the Bengals finished 9-8 and out of the playoffs. (Obligatory) its not Joe Burrows fault excuse on record months ahead of time!😂😂😂

  6. The Giants had to trade him he no longer wanted to play for them as he proved in the 2025 season I'm sure he will do well in Cincinnati they need a dominant player like him they were one of the worst defensive lines in football last year

  7. Nahhhhh the Giants are gonna trade back again. But I feel one of those picks now is gonna be Mansoor Delane just to make sure the Cowboys don’t get him. 😉😂

  8. The Giants are worst for trading away Lawrence, regardless of who they draft. Seemed inevitable though. This is another Micha Parsons situation.

  9. Weekends are especially good times for us football fans to consume NFL news and analysis. This is when us fans have the most free time to listen to what we enjoy, and when we aren't distracted by work and responsibilities. Hence, it works best for us when events happen and are reported on during the weekends and holidays.

  10. Big gamble for the Bengals. Lawrence had numbers that werr way down and despite a lot of talent up front, the Giants defense was atrocious.
