2. Every hiring is a crap shoot. Even if people choose the place. So you can say that about any profession.

3. Bengals fan here: the way this poor excuse for a front office uses draft picks, this is actually the best move they could have done.

   It's a crapshoot on what you get with a high draft pick. You don't know if you're going to get a Bruce Smith or a Vernon Gholston. The Bengals can't afford to take such a gamble if they want to get Joe Burrow a ring before he either retires or is forced out of the league due to injury. As good as the offense is, it's common knowledge our defense the last couple seasons couldn't stop a high school team if they tried their hardest. Making this move goes a long way toward rectifying that in my opinion.

4. Best trade in bengals history. They overpaid in value but they finally made a risky move not for the future but to win now . I understand why we did it, but im just proud we had some guts for once

8. I was very happy to see the bengals got Dexter Lawrence, I was not happy to see they gave up a top 10 pick for him. He’s better than seeing then draft another Shamar Stewart but I would rather have Caleb Downs or Mansoor Delane at 10
