  1. Thatโ€™s crazy that we just had Fox, Halliburton and Davion and we now need another starting point guard?!?! Iโ€™m not sure what happened there?

    I think you are a great Coach DC!! You are a perfect fit for the job. Iโ€™m glad that youโ€™re staying.

  2. I think Doug has shown the year before that with a healthier roster he is an NBA level coach. As an interim coach we were around .500 with him.

    And he is a good leader for the young guys. If they get a full roster of those types of six pillar players Doug is the coach for this team. An A1 human being imo.

  3. I like Doug as a person but to tout going 6-9 down the stretch is ridiculous. Many of those wins were against teams that wanted to lose. Those meaningless wins may have negatively impacted our next decade plus.

  4. Doug works well with the youth. They should continue next season with the youth starting the game. Let them gain more experience with the help of Dougโ€™s guidance as there coach.
