[Waino said his goals were to honor the country with a decent rendition–and to not mess up the words. He took some flak for the slow pacing, but as you can imagine, singing and then hearing yourself on a delay would be tricky. It was a pretty fantastic moment. The way he popped out of the line to go do it was pretty great. I bet a few guys were like “wtf is he doing?”
