2. arizona has such a good position. they constantly draft top 15 talent and they are able to trade for high value picks. i think they had 3 first round picks last year and 6, 12 this year. if the league backs up their their cap and they have this deep of player development they could win a ton of titles. i think their only real hurdle is retaining talent from the draft. they develop players as good as anyone they just need insurance for picks.

   i also hope san jose gets beneficial contracts from the league for depth, cap space, and high value picks.
