Probably deserves closer to a C purely for moving Ramsey for next to nothing honestly.
The offseason in a vacuum can only be seen as a “D”, or worse.
They cleared a lot of cap and traded Jalen, which were all moves made for next year – not 2023.
Other than a draft to address the O and D lines and getting a tight end in the trade for Jalen, they did almost nothing at all.
