This is an absolute slam dunk of a trade considering a month ago we thought the return was going to be the 31st overall pick and Dvorak
Thank God the drama of the last week is over and we have some movement!!! Now to buy out Wheeler and figure out the rest. Interested to see what is out there for 55 and 37 but if they stick around because we get lowballed Im good with that. Although I would hate to see them walk next summer for nothing, better than getting fully ripped off when we can always get a decent return at the March deadline

Jets got 3 roster players and a 2nd for a 60 point pouter who is now massively overpaid. Amazing!
The fact it’s Montreal’s 2nd too is just icing on the cake.
Also, looking at the thread on the Kings sub, they have mixed feelings overall. Although time will tell for sure, it’s always good when your fans love the move and the other guys are questioning it 🙂

Kings fan coming in peace. What are the pros and cons of PLD? Most kings fans on FB and reddit say you guys got a much better deal than we did, but we really needed to move cap space since we’re still looking for a goalie too
