Good to see Sykora said he’s coming back to work with Prentiss this summer. I actually interned at his gym many years ago and the guy had got an awesome setup and trains his guys the right way with a long history of training NHL guys, Kreider is one of the current guys who trains there I know Quick does as well but he wasn’t there the summer I was. Sykora will certainly get stronger and faster if he takes his summer training seriously. Would love to know if Lafreniere is training with them because he’s a guy who could really use that program in my opinion. Either way Sykora made a smart decision with his off-season.
Hartford is going to be a fun team to watch this season.
