  8. I’m feeling good about next season already. Every season we’re predicted to be a first round exit, yet somehow always go on deep runs and live beyond the expectations. The fact the Heat just got underestimated again is just good omen to me already that we’re going to have another great run again this season.

  22. To be fair, the concept of what he’s saying is not wrong. If the Blazers get their way, our team will be gutted no doubt. People throwing JJJ, Jovic, Herro, Lowry all in trades not to mention 2-3FRP. Even if we keep Caleb, that’s our second leading aggressive scorer gone, a potential 4 who’s really good at ball handling and improving, our prospect, and our vet PG and that’s on top of losing Vincent and Struss as streaky as they are.

    What makes his take idiotic is to think that we just won’t generate another person to take their place.

    Honestly his take brings up a slight concern of mines. Dame will obviously be option 1 for scoring but Bam has shown that he hasn’t taken that step offensively to be option 2 and Jimmy is Jimmy but you know he’s not going to be that guy every game so who does the burden currently fall on?
    Caleb/J Rich? What about our bench depth?

    It’s way too early to say and we still can make min vet roster moves/rely on the upcoming G leaguers like Cain but getting Dame and keeping a decently depth team is really more complicated than it seems.

    People don’t want to hear it cause it’s Paul Pierce and I will be the first to say fuck the Celts but I actually agree that if it’s just Dame, Bam and Jimmy and a bunch of g leaguers/washed mins then we’re probably an ECF bow out. Fuck the talk about first round though

You can tell he only watched the Heat during the ECF Vs the Celtics but honestly at this point I feel like he is one of the people that purposefully spouts off trash takes to garner attention.

  31. Big 3 of KG, ray allen and pierce suck beat Kobe because he injured his back against the Nuggets and wasn’t able to play at his normal mamba capabilities. We clearly saw what happen in 2010 when that was the last deep playoff run for both KG and pierce. But not ray Allen thou. Thank god for ray Allen June,18,2013 will forever live in our hearts 🔥🔥🔥

  34. While I think his overall take is total BS. I will say we are going to lack the depth needed for a finals run. I know everyone keeps saying we can pull anyone out of the Gleague, but we don’t have anyone that is ready to contribute this season. Injuries are going to happen, and I’m not sure we have anyone that can step up. I hope I’m wrong.

  42. all you got to do is look at our current roster to realize how bad of a statement this is, we have like 9 solid players on our team (not including bam or butler) so even if we traded 4 or 5 of them we would still have a solid roster and top 5 starting lineup (if not top 3). plus the more guys we trade equals the higher the chance of us recieving more than just lillard due to roster slots and cap space… And even if we only got lillard still plenty of cheap old heat fan favorite available who would love to be back in red such as Dragic, Winslow, Jones Jr, and Nunn
