So our roster is pretty set now:
* PGs: Haliburton/Nembhard/McConnell
* SGs: Mathurin/Hield/Wong (two-way)
* SFs: B. Brown/Nesmith/K. Brown (two-way)
* PFs: Toppin/Walker/Nwora
* Cs: Turner/Smith/Theis/Jackson/Tshiebwe (two-way)
When they had him doing publicity events, I was thinking “damn they haven’t even given him a contract yet”. Not that they weren’t good charity events.
He’s pretty rough but you could see why he was drafted at SL. Extremely athletic defender who, if he ever polishes his offense, will earn minutes.
I was genuinely worried whether he’d get one, but it’s a good flier to take. His stress reaction probably stunted his development last season, but I’m excited to see him spend more time with the main team due to the G-League move.
