I just love how Dansby already knew it was gone. While Belly doing smart get ready to tag up base running. Then Christopher coming in sprinting. Both Dansby and Belly are like ok we gotta move or we will be lapped.
I was at that KB walk off game. I’ve actually gotten the luck of the draw and been at a few weird ones like that. I was at the Lester bunt walk off and the Bote slam as well.
EDIT: Also was at WS game 5, the only one they won at Wrigley. To clarify, I had season tickets at the time so I did go to a lot of games. Obviously not 81 each year, but I tried to make it to a minimum of 20 every year I had the tickets.
Cubs went on an absolute tear in ’15 after that. Let’s hope that repeats
