  1. Also, I know he’s a dumbass, but holy shit is Ja carrying that franchise on his back.

  2. Excellent, excellent first career start by PWat. If he can be our Jaden McDaniels type player, we’ll be unstoppable.

  3. TIL the Sixers also have a 28-game losing streak but this one spanned 2 seasons. This is a fun fact for me because it’s the Sixers.

  4. That was a legendary game. I can’t remember the last time we shot the 3 ball that well. Who didn’t make a 3 on our team tonight?

  5. Well that was a lot of fun lets do it again tomorrow night. (I swear this Schedule sucks)

  6. No murder tonight, I am devastated. Trash team can’t even hold the grizzlies to under 100. How can we take this team seriously. Jokic didn’t even play in the 4th, obviously doesn’t care about the game. Cut him.

  7. This was a fun one ngl we haven’t had a chillax game like this in so long, every game it’s either chasing scores or immediately blowing leads turning into a dogfight. We needed this.

  8. Great opportunity for PWat. If Gordon’s absence allows him to develop some consistency on offense and be a more dynamic scorer…the bench could be very good down the stretch.

  9. Pwat defending JJJ was super impressive he still gets backed down but still manages to force the miss

  10. I like how our schedule is “getting easier,” and we’re playing the 3rd place team in the west on a B2B while they’ve rested.

  11. Ja Morant’s career high is 52 points, given his MVP level of play since he returned from his gun timeout, safe to assume he at least scores 53 if he plays and we get blown out at home. We lost, can’t believe we blew that, so pissed off rn

  12. Watson only averaging like 6 points so far this season, but a lot of that is dragged down by his low averages to start the season he has like 5-6 double digit games recently and I think this is his first 20+ game.

You might not need every player on the roster capable of scoring 20 points, but we’d be pretty unstoppable if all 15 could, no one is topping 300 especially with the altitude advantage. I think to play with Jokic on an offense as good as the Nuggets offense right now showing you are capable of games like this when given a chance isn’t really asking too much though. It’s necessary for the confidence needed if nothing else.

“Defense guys” being scoring threats, and maybe just as importantly shooters like MPJ and Strawther being impactful when their shots are not falling is what makes this team work. If you can generate such good looks everyone needs to look to score when it is “their turn” and we frankly don’t need any one shooter no matter how good to be making the shots as long as they contribute in other ways ending defensive possessions and giving us more opportunities to score ourselves.

In the Finals Braun “defense guy” was the scoring spark we needed when he had the opportunity, and MPJ max contract because he is such a shooter struggled heavily shooting but still somehow played winning basketball because he did other things better and others still scored. Now when I watch those two that’s what I want more of, not just the boring shit we know they can do that got them “the job” because then I recognize that team that won a championship.

  13. Didn’t get a chance to see the game. JOKER WAS PERFECT SHOOTING!? And a ho hum TDs showclub. Fuckin a

  14. Amazing birthday game to go to. Snagged tickets about half hour before game started, damn close to nuggets bench.

Biggest highlight was seeing Reggie and DJ literally skipping arm in arm together when they were subbed out in the 4th. Amazing bench vibes the whole game. Vlatko and DJ hamming it up the whole time. Great win.

  15. Manute Bol has an underrated unbreakable record: Blocks in a Rookie season. Spurred on by Wemby’s block party tonight, I learned that the 7’7 monster that is Manute averaged 5.0 blocks for 80 games in only 26mpg in his first year. I can’t see anyone coming close.
