While I can appreciate the primal satisfaction that would result from a physical beat down of the Jets, I think I would be more pleased if the Wild outmaneuvered them by playing a smart, tactical game and came away with the W.
If they do beat the crap out of them and win, I’d be cool with that also.

The best revenge we can take on them is fucking winning. They’re not sending their best guys out to fight. They know we’re mad, so they’re going to be diving to draw penalties. If this game isn’t disciplined, it’s an auto-lose. And if we do that on Flower’s 1000th game where he can tie Roy, that’s majorly disrespecting him.
Viel was just suspended a week ago against the IA Wild. This move is just stupid. If Viel does anything league will come down on him like a dump truck, Bowness could be fined/suspended, team could be fined. Pretty stupid, really
