  1. such an embarrassing loss. the lakers did everything they could to hand us the game and we simply could not execute any offense outside of maxey/oubre ball. plus we got killed on the offensive glass again. also getting really sick of lowry passing up wide open layups. fuck

  2. This really felt like a game we could win. The lakers just aren’t that good.

C4 needs to take the minutes from KJ, Hield, Payne or Tobias. He brings more effort that all of them and can break up our incredibly stagnant offense

  3. Starting to wonder if Lowry should be on the bench and Payne or Hield in the starting lineup

Gotta try something. Payne absolutely deserves more minutes imo.

  4. If yall are already frustrated at loss #2 of this road trip, I suggest you take a break from the team for a week or two.

  5. Our next few games don’t get any easier, I suggest yall find something to do in the meantime. Could either ease the pain or get worse

  6. People are down to just complaining about Maxey now, like bro has been the only bright side of our team for the last 2 months. He has two off games, still puts up 27 tonight and people have the balls to try and cook him. If you don’t like anyone on the fucking team go be a fan of another team. This is how its going to be until Embiid is back, we all knew that when he got hurt.

  7. Did Kuminga ever apologize btw? I don’t dislike the dude. I’m just genuinely curious.

  8. Tobias is awful, yes. But Nepotism dude is robbing minutes that he doesn’t deserve. He’s not good enough to start, and he’s definitely not good enough to play 30 minutes.

That’s just the way it is.

  9. Don’t even know what we can do. Bamba was ass as usual, but can thank BBall Paul for picking up 4 fouls in 8 minutes leading to 32 mins for Bamba…. Was hoping he could clean up his fouls but now its year 3 and its just who he is, so we need a backup like Drummond bad to spell the non Joel games

Lowry looks slow, but him being the only competent ball handler on this team means we might have to keep playing him. Said this before, but Tyrese’s efficiency went from terrible to okay when we switched him from on-ball to more off-ball and elevated Lowry.

Tobi…..whatever man. Tired of saying the same thing about him after every game. And the other thing is for what its worth, outside Maxey and maybe Kelly, nobody’s even taking bad shots from deep. We’re just shooting atrociously despite it

  10. Every game my expectations for this team changes, I don’t know what to think.

  11. Maxey is failing to step up as someone you can trust with Embiid out.

This team has looked better in every other season since 2017 when Embiid misses games. Not acceptable for a player about to get a max contract.

  12. Sixers had 20+ more total shots than the Lakers. Excellent defense for most of the game, but they could not overcome the horrible shooting.

  13. That Lowry three that went in and out killed the momentum. Also doesn’t help that every other shot after that was trash. Also why wasn’t Oubre a factor in the final few minutes? He balled out all game and then just disappeared from the game plan

  14. Frustrating game, yes. But looking forward — Hield and Batum aren’t starting right now because they both fit perfectly next to Embiid. If we want a chance at a playoff run, we have to minimize their minutes so that, if/when Joel comes back this season, we can hit the ground running with a line-up that makes any sense at all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  15. This team’s win % is bottom 5 without Joel. An insanely shitty and unwatchable product rn.

  16. Sixers lost this one. Bad Bron and Dlo game. Not to mention 21 turnovers for the Lakers. And Nurse coached this game as well as any other coach could’ve.
