The guys didn’t look ready to play but LA did.
Kings have been really hard to play against this year
Maybe we wouldn’t have as much trouble breaking through the neutral zone if we had one of the best offensive defense pairings in the league available to us- oh wait we do and we chose not to use it
Yeah this is when these surveys look real stupid. All metrics have us as the better team this game other than the second period but apparently over half our players were below average.
I donno about the 3.8 for the refs. Reffing wasn’t the issue.
Kings got 2 lucky bounces and capitalized on a very sloppy Canucks change. They play a very boring style of hockey, Canucks deserved to win.
I was glad they made a push near the end, but it is frustrating to watch extended minutes of nothing happening. Maybe they are just at the point were it is tougher to give 100% because they know they are making the playoffs, while it is still tight for bubble teams like LA so they fell the pressure to actual give it all.
Why do we rank our players so damn low? 6 is average
