I’d say they do get a pass when the entire team is likely mentally checked out at this point. As someone who has had to work at a sinking ship more than once in my life, I understand how easy it is to mail it in and hope for the end to arrive as soon as possible.
BB hasn’t been giving 100% since he got here imo, it is what it is, he knows that this is likely just a pit stop and that if/when his option gets declined (which is looking increasingly likely, could be wrong if course) he’ll have contenders lining up to offer him the MLE.
McDaniels was a worth it gamble at the time that has utterly failed, and with his salary next year being relatively small (4.7M) he’ll either be thrown in a trade as filler or just get cut to free up the roster spot
Should have traded brown for a wet paper bag… cause honestly, it would be better than his uncaring ass right now.

Man I love Will but why is he getting so worked up? We literally have our entire starting lineup AND a couple bench guys out. We are starting dudes on 10 day contracts and Gary Trent is our best player rn

Will just needs to see the forest for the trees, you have gleague guys auditioning for next year cause you’re rotation is decimated by injuries and betting scandals. Might as well keep that pick right, so there is no use in winning, thus Bobby not adding any size. Look Mcdaniels was not going to play if abaji didn’t get injured or if Jontay wasn’t such a dumbass or just unlucky.
