17. What’s the rationale for not wanting the Celtics now? If we are confident we can get to finals then most likely we’ll have to play them at some point. Are we thinking there’s a chance they lose so we avoid them before finals? Or maybe they have an injury so aren’t at full strength by the time we get to them (same would go for us)?

22. The Knicks are obviously the easier team, but it’s not good to give them bulletin board material either. This is one of those questions you just avoid and say that they’re both great teams and tough matchups.

    If this was ANYBODY else on the roster besides Reed or Maxey, this sub would have a meltdown over one of our players saying that days before a playoff series. If you don’t think the Knicks are going to use this as motivation to go all out (if they already weren’t), then I don’t even know what to say.
