  1. Love to see it.

Get him on some balancing exercises. Those half blue yoga balls?

He gets caught leaning and off balanced too much because of his height. So the lower stance looks promising.

  2. See and this is why I’m willing to bet that he improves and is a significant contributor for us in the future. This guy is a gym warrior

Ereck flowers was an example of a bust. Guy relied upon his natural skill and didn’t give af enough to progress once he hit the next level

  3. I have no doubt we’ll see a big jump. With his natural size/ability and this coaching staff I can’t imagine he won’t make huge improvements to his game.

  4. Out of all the players on the team, improvement from Neal might be the most important to success next season. He’s got the ability and the physique, if he can lock it in we should be contenders.

  5. Truly rooting for the kid. He was awful last year, like Ereck Flowers awful, but he’s also one of the most physically gifted offensive lineman in the league so if he can figure it out we could truly have two bookends for the next half decade. When you have that, the interior tends to sort itself out.

  6. I’m rooting for him and I know he’ll bounce back. He quite literally can only go up lol

  7. Love it. Now if it can transition to the field when we play the Cowgirls and Sheagles. I don’t wanna this man to become their bitch again.
