Nah AD is an absolute WARRIOR. That said, we aren’t in the spot to have leeway where AD can take a night off, as sad as it is.

Absolutely. Injuries are real. I’m 6’7 220 and if I tweak my back or knee in the slightest, the sheer weight and size of me and the effort it takes to operate daily make it very hard to be myself. I think he has probably had nagging injuries this year (like everyone), but when he was out – he had significant damage that needed rest to heal or else permanent consequences would ensue. These guys LOVE basketball and they know that this window to compete at the highest level in the world is open for but a moment.

I just don’t understand why on NBA they don’t make strategic changes like we do on football on europe. For e.g. Davis could start on the bench and if needed could force big minutes. But in NBA it seems that or you only play your normal minutes or you don’t play at all.
Street Clothes has played more games than KAT and Embiid and only one less than Jokic. Yet, if he takes a few more games off, that BS narrative creeps up again.
Narrative is dead in reality but Barkley hating ass n the bum low iq ghouls will repeat it. However I do see push back . I swear to god AD if you just get a 33% 3/game 3ball back I will be ecstatic . Nothing crazy but jokic n embid shoot 34%, Lopez too . 3-4 attemots that keeps defence honest just unlocks so much – especially as our offence akready is dominating. If AD can hit those 3s like just 2020 n year before ( regular season ) then we have real 5 out, even more spacing , more offensive play options , AND can play Vando more when he’s back or more defensive minded guys. Heck even signing a MLE quality defensive big if AD shot well. But I prefer the Vando type for this team imo , with Rui off bench but gettung high minutes.
