It isn’t Brewers Baseball if a win doesn’t take years off my life.
WHAT A FUCKING GAME!!!!!!!! I LOVE BRICE TURANG. I LOVE BREWERS DEFENSE. I LOVE OUR PITCHERS. I LOVE BLAKE PERKINS. I LOVE MY MOM. I LOVE MY DAD. I LOVE ALL YOU FUCKERS. WHAT A WIN! LET’S FUCKING GOOOOOOOO.
Much needed win.
A very Padres style loss.
1-0 win that was almost a no hitter against us? What is this, 2023?
What a great win
Wooooo!!!!! What an 8th.
That was like the definition of salvaging the series. Gotta give the bullpen all props they were amazing
Never a doubt, amirite?
We love beating the Padres 1-0 in April. 99% sure we did so last year too.
I’m glad I stayed up for this game
2 hours, 5 minutes
Hot dog, that was a fast game. I cannot recall one being so quick.
Something comforting and familiar about winning 1-0. π
Turang/Perkins 4 Prez
Tits out for Perky!!!
RAKE. FUCKING. PERKINS.
Throwback game
Shout out to Turang, Perkins, pitching staff, Adames, the defense, Murph, the ball boys, the radio and TV announcers, the people in the stands, the concessions attendants, the janitorial staff, the parking lot attendants, and the Padres for not scoring.
Mets currently leading *the Pirates by 5 in the bottom of the 8th.
That was fucking wild, guys!!!
Well, a low scoring win. I’m glad to see it, althoughΒ 10-0 is easier on the heart.
That game was over before some people finished their second beer.
Why have many hit when few will do?
I think the Bullpen Day Brewers win a World Series if generalized to an entire season.
That was a classic 2023 Brewers win.
These guys are really cool, you guys!
Ngl, that throw from Abner to first made me feel funny…
Pat Murphy pulls off a craig counsell style win. Love to see it.
That was Brewers baseball. βΎοΈ See you on Friday, friends. Have a great off day yβall!!ππ
Our run differential really took a beating this series.
While all I really wanted was a win/not get swept at home/snap the losing skid, the win was very satisfying compared to a double-digit laffer. We had to perform well on the field which has been problematic, and it took nerve to not blink first and scratch out the victory. It probably helped that like 80% of the outs in the first few innings went through Willy too haha
Pirates getting blown out now.
Never a doubt in my mind
We one!
Had jury duty so I missed the game, but, didn’t get swept, back to our winning ways and fuck Machado.
#3! 7 4 3! π 6 π 12 8? 9 7 11 11 π π π 1!
just how we wrote it up
Okay, I was busy working, but let me see if I have this right:
β’ Brewers struck out 11 times.
β’ Brewers only had 3 hits all game.
β’ No Home Runs
β’ The Brewers had a Bullpen Game where they used 5 different pitchers.
β’ Those 5 Pitchers only struck out 3 guys while giving up 5 hits.
β’ And the BREWERS won 1-0!?!?!?!?!
